Best Cinco De Mayo Ever! I had such a great time showing work and just being at this show. I met a lot of great people that share the love I do for Milwaukee. The night was filled with great conversations, good music and food, dancing and art! I sold a few prints too which is also nice. Art Milwaukee knows how to put on a show, there were over 600 people that walked through the door! I was interviewed by two different people and there were many people documenting the night. It was a great night for Milwaukee artists and I was glad to be a part of it.

Come one Come all! It’s going to be a good time. May 5th will also mark a special time in my life. It will be the last day at my first job out of college, Neu Tool & Supply working on Toolmarket.com. I am leaving to go to my new job as a web and graphic designer at the Kohler company. My favorite new phrase is, “I’m going from tool to toilets.” I start there on May 9th with an new hour commute. A little nervous to be expected, but I am going to embrace the future and know I am just along for the ride. I can’t wait! I plan on having a great time after my last day at Neu Tool at the Cinco de Mayo party. Come stop by and help me celebrate.

Gallery Night April 2011
What a great evening with friends and family
I had such a good time at Kaizen Studio this past gallery night in Milwaukee. We turned a workout studio into an art gallery for the evening with paintings mixed in with the equipment. Lots of good friends came out for the evening, some old and some new. One of the highlights of the evening was when a mystery car full of family came to surprise me and show their love and support. I couldn’t ask for better friends and family and having a gallery show is always a time I get to feel everyone’s love. Lots of food and drinks kept everyone happy as we discussed the bright vibes and mood coming from the artwork as the weather poured rain outside.
